QHP members have access to fitness centers and gyms at no cost! through the forever fit network, there are multiple locations nearby that qhp members can use. Call Customer Service or click here for our online directory to inquire about the participating locations nearest you. Once you select a Fitness Center, just present your QHP member ID card and tell them that you would like to use their facility. We'll take care of the rest. It is a simple as that!

Keeping involved and active helps keep QHP members young at heart. therefore, QHP compiles a monthly calendar of events and activities in your area that you may find of interest. there could be anything listed from an art show to water aerobics... click on the arrow above to locate your county's calendar. Immunizations & Screenings - Q-Club

Q-Club members have access to preventative services. annual flu and pneumonia shots, health screenings, etc are included.

Over-The-Counter Medications (OTC) Program

Some members of QHP have access to mail order delivery of many over-the-counter medications and medical supplies through a quarterly allowance. please refer to your member documents to see if this is available to you or call the QHP customer service number and they will gladly assist you.
